If we move the gates farther apart, we could set up Squire, Alchemist and other merchant stalls in the lobby, we can "entice" *ahem*force*ahem* them to avail of our services.
Then inside the main hall, we can set up card tables!
If only there was a one-on-one pvp, we could stage some fights and have the audience take bets. The casino -err…– I mean the guild will take a cut, of course.
If we went through with the barricade idea wouldn't we also have to barricade the teleport statue so that after paying once, they won't have the ability to get back in with out "donating" money for our "good cause".
If its not a joke. Im pretty sure this would resulting in us getting trouble.
Why? because other games have done this before. I know that wizards in RO had icewall. and it was abused pretty intensely. Which made some pretty annoying game mechanics to counter it. And the nerffing of skills.
Plus, would really appreciate having this kind of thing not happen. It wouldnt represent the guild in the best light. And it seems pretty manipulative.
Yeah, that would be abusive if we do it all the time… but I still would love to try it on 1 random person, block the way for one minute and watch his reaction :D Could be hilarous and not annoying !
I am loving that idea Nox making that area a busy community for us guildies where we can entertain ourselves by gambling, betting, selling foods, weapon & armor repair, socializing.
